The word ‘bloating’ is often used to cover anything from feeling slightly full after eating, to being uncomfortably bloated with a measurably distended stomach. We know that this feeling of ‘bloatedness’ can be caused by a sluggish digestion and not going to the toilet regularly. Eating a healthy overall diet, with a variety of fruit and vegetables, and introducing higher fibre foods, like All-Bran into your regular diet should help to keep your digestive tract working well and reduce any bloating that you may experience.
